Requirements

  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English.
  • 2 - 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Payroll and Admin
  • Familiar with computerized accounting systems, i.e. ABSS (MYOB)
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/LCCI/Degree

Responsibilities

  • Handling general full set accounting and administrative duties.
  • Ensure all accounts receivable transactions are updated timely and accurately.
  • Perform all necessary account, bank and other reconciliations.
  • To manage data entry, prepare monthly management accounts report and full set of accounts.
  • Process staff claim & cash purchases and ensures compliance with the company policies and SST requirements.
  • To undertake other ad-hoc tasks when assigned.
