Requirements
- Possess Diploma / Degree in Account courses.
- Fresh graduate/ candidate that don't have experience are welcome to apply; Prefer candidates have related account experience.
- Able to communicate in English & Mandarin.
- Willing to learn, hardworking, self-disciplined, able to complete task within timeline given.
- Experience in handling other Accounts task will be an advantage.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational skill may be required.
Responsibilities
- Handle daily documentation and proper filing system to ensure documents are traceable in an efficient manner.
- Record & data entry for expenses, bills and filing other financial documents.
- Provide administrative & operation support to colleagues and management.
- Prepare quotation, invoice, and check stock report.
- Responsibility for supporting accounts and human resources-related matters.
- Any ad hoc task assigns by superior.
