Requirements
- Minimum requirement - LCCI Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
- Fresh graduate are welcome; Those with 1-3 years of working experience in accounting and administrative roles will be added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Multitasking abilities, ability to work independently, good personality and positive working attitude.
- Aggressive, strong sense of responsibility, self-discipline and committed to work.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to start immediately or within short notice.
Responsibilities
- To handle full set of accounts: AP, AR, and G/L.
- Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting per corporate guideline
- To handle two accounts system.
- To perform monthly bank reconciliation, monthly statements, monthly ageing report.
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Coordinate and liaise with external parties eg. external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities where required.
- Handle day to day operations of accounting record, data entry, filling and its equivalent.
