The person in charge of the Telesales agent position will be responsible for calling customers to introduce information about the products that the business is providing. What will you do as a telesales agent at IQI:

• Call to consult and convince customers to set appt viewing show room
• Daily Working Hour From 10am - 6pm , OT can get more sales / commission
• Daily 150 - 200 leads calling
• Update daily activity thru company system
• Understand product knowledge : LCDAP (Location Concept Developer Accessibility Package)
• Completing the assigned KPIs as prescribed

Specialized knowledge and skills: Necessary skills:

• Voice clear, fluent, good communication. And a good telesales person needs to know how to focus on needs and the customer's desire to be able to give accurate advice
• Selling skills, closing sales
• Ability to handle
• The ability to grasp customer psychology
• Ability to work independently and in a team
