Requirements
- Experienced Barista (coffee/tea) highly preferred!
- Tea-Lovers are encouraged to join us too as training will be provided!
- Able to work independently and demonstrate POSITIVE energy!

- Detailed oriented & passionate about service quality!
- Excellent communication skills with good command of Mandarin/ English will be a surplus.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of tea-based beverages according to customer preferences and company standards.
- Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient service while taking orders and answering questions about menu items.
- Operate tea-making equipment, including tea brewers, espresso machines, and milk frothers, ensuring proper functionality and cleanliness.
- Accurately measure and mix ingredients to create high-quality beverages, including teas, coffees, and specialty drinks.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the tea-bar and customer seating areas, to ensure a pleasant environment for guests.
- Monitor inventory levels of tea, milk, syrups, and other ingredients, and communicate any shortages to management.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards, including proper handling and storage of perishable items and adherence to health code regulations.
- Process customer payments accurately using cash registers or point-of-sale (POS) systems, and handle cash transactions with integrity.
- Upsell additional menu items and promote special promotions or discounts to increase sales and enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and provide support during busy periods or special events.
