Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
- Applicant must be willing to work at Kampung Raja, Besut, Terengganu.
- At least 1 year experiences
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Able to commit to 6 day-week.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for tracking design modifications, cost adjustments, quantity and budget estimation from design drawings, etc.
- Communicate cost estimate adjustments to management and subcontractors to ensure a smooth transition of information.
- Prepare the quantity and cost statement, the ledger for cost planning ledger, variations, measurements, subcontract settlement, and payments.
- Responsible in collecting cost data, coordinating cost analysis, calculating and completing output value planning.
- Keep track of work progress that complies with the contract, resolve construction-related disputes, and take pictures of construction-related activity.
- Participate in tenders, prepare and submit the necessary documentation and information.
- Manage the department's documentation.
- Any other duties as assigned from time to time by the Management.
