Requirements
- Demonstrated track record of at least 3 years in account management, key account management, or business development roles.
- Exceptional proficiency in Business English communication, showcasing a natural flair for effective interaction.
- Essential skillset includes solution-based selling, persuasive communication, adept negotiation, deep customer understanding, market research acumen, strong leadership capabilities, effective time management, self-motivation, and a collaborative spirit.
- Extensive experience utilizing RM Software, G-Suite, and Microsoft Suite, ensuring seamless workflow management.
- Possession of a degree or diploma in Business-related studies, underpinning a solid foundation in the field.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and competitive environment, showcasing remarkable adaptability.
Responsibilities
- Manages customer account matters as the initial point of contact.
- Maintaining & developing the accounts by reaching out to clients on a monthly basis.
- Build & maintain a solid customer relationship to increase lifetime customer value.
- Identifies opportunity & addresses customer problems in an accurate manner.
- Ensures timely & successful delivery of our solutions to customer needs & objectives.
- Liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Customer Service, Product Development departments) to improve overall customer experience.
- Track account metrics (weekly, monthly & quarterly forecasts).
- Deliver your comprehensive weekly sales report to ensure effective communication and enhance performance analysis
