Requirements
- The recruitment is for a sales position featuring one of our brand products, Snowfox Curtain (Curtains & Blinds).
- Minimum education level: High school graduate, diploma or certification in related fields is preferred.
- Must possess verbal skills - fluent in Mandarin,Bahasa Malaysia, and conversational English.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to communicate with customers clearly and effectively.
- Previous retail or related field experience (especially in curtains, home decor, or interior design) is preferred.
- Passionate about sales, enthusiastic about face-to-face selling, with a strong desire for achievement and self-motivation.
- Able to understand customer needs, provide personalized product recommendations, and solutions.
- Good learning ability, able to quickly master product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Flexible to adapt to a changing schedule, including working on weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer skills, familiarity with cash registers, and order processing systems are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers in the store, provide professional and friendly service to enhance the shopping experience.（Indoor Salesmen）
- Understand the features and benefits of various products, provide accurate information and advice to customers.
- Recommend suitable products and solutions based on customer needs and preferences.
- Handle sales transactions, including cash register operation, invoice issuance, and merchandise packaging.
- Maintain store cleanliness and product display to ensure a good shopping environment.
- Participate in sales meetings and training to continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge.
Benefits
- Salary: RM4,000-RM6,xxx (Basic Salary + Commission)
- Working hours: 10.00 AM - 7.00 PM or 1.00 PM - 10.00 PM (Two shifts)
