Requirements
- Fluent in both English, and Mandarin (reading, writing and speaking)
- Fresh graduates are welcome with degrees in the following disciplines: English with Communication, English for Professionals, Mass Communication, or any related field
- Passion in Games is preferred (Mobile Game, PC Game, etc)
- Willing to work rotational shift
- Open to relocating to Penang
Responsibilities
- Deliver prompt customer support to the gamers via various channels (calls, email, live chat) with professionalism and efficiency.
- Analyze and report game's malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
- Gather gamer's feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer support and adhere to company policies and performance indicators
