Responsibilities
- Research, come up with ideas and produce video scripts and articles for content marketing on social platforms Facebook, Tik Tok, Youtube, XHS etc
- Photoshoot or film videos as needed.
- Conduct live streams on social media platforms if needed
- Handle online platform operation, include order processing, customer service and other questions
- Packaging of items according to required SOP and sending to Courier companies assigned
- Perform any other ad- hoc assignment as and when required.
