Requirements
- SPM / STPM / Certificate / Diploma.
- Preferably with some experiences in sales coordination and customer services.
- Able to speak in Mandarin, basic English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- PC literate (Word, Excel).
- Good in product and service knowledge.
- Possess good initiative and independent.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and flexible to work with negligible supervision.
- Highly innovative and proactive.
- Should be able to handle varied tasks.
Responsibilities
- Identifying and establishing contact with potential customers proactively.
- Maintaining contact with new and existing customers to advertise the product sales and deliver a detailed account strategy.
- Responding to sales inquiries from new and existing customers.
- Producing monthly sales report.
- Providing feedback of potential customers and members to enhance, product functioning and the service delivery.
- Ensuring effective internal communication within the Sales, Marketing team and department.
- Assisting to identify the opportunities for upcoming products, and for development and enhancement of existing products.
- Filing all sales order, quotations, outstanding orders, purchase requisition documents and sort out D/Os.
- Co-ordinate with Quality Control department with regards to faulty goods / rejected products and etc.
- Any other tasks as and when assigned by the superior / the Management.
