Requirements
- Able to speak in Mandarin and other language.
- Passionate on interior design & renovation.
- Good at arrangement , good time management.
- Good communication skill.
- Positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge on renovation.
- Understand layout plan / drawing.
- Optional : bring in renovation sales for residents & commercial.
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
Responsibilities
- Perform field observations & site visits as needed.
- Documentation with AutoCAD, Photoshop & Illustrator.
- Basic coordination with sub-contractors on technical issues.
- Able/willing to converse with client & maintain relationship
- Reduce defect or delay on the project.
- Submit progress report on the renovation status.
