Requirements
Providing exceptional customer service, managing product knowledge, facilitating communication between agent and medical professionals, and ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic. Presenting and promoting stem cell procedures, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, managing appointments, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the clinic environment.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of stem cell procedures and confidently present information to agent, ensuring they comprehend the entire process and benefits.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for agent, liaising between them and medical professionals to manage appointment scheduling, address queries, and facilitate seamless communication.
- Effectively address agent complaints, feedback, and issues, striving to resolve them to the satisfaction of the agent while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
- Provide comprehensive agent support, keeping agent informed about new products, pricing, after-sales services, and relevant updates related to stem cell procedures and wellness offerings.
- Monitor inventory levels of wellness products and supplies, coordinating with internal party to replenish stock as needed and minimize disruptions to service.
- Manage all aspects of the sales process, including issuing receipts, invoices, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the clinic environment, adhering to hygiene standards and ensuring a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for customers and staff alike.
