Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in any field study
- Minimum 2 years work experience in Retail or Sales industry
- Sales oriented driven and independent
- Possess excellent presentation communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to travel outstation
Responsibilities
- Lead retail sales team to enhance sales and customer service level
- Motivate to sell, maintain store and communicate with team
- Supervision through maintaining uniform standards
- Develop top performers and evaluate performance, coach and offer feedback
- Build and train retail sales team
- Provide sales progress report to immediate superior
