Software

• Oversee the design, development, implementation, troubleshoot and support of computer systems, servers and data centre.
• Establish and manage access control for all systems (servers & applications).
• Monitor, diagnose, troubleshooting issues related to server operation and servers and storage performance.
• Knowledge of several computer programming languages, such as Java, Python, C#, C++, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Familiar with ERP or SAP system
• Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Software Development
• Experience in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Experience in software development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, etc.

Hardware

• Providing support to users and being the first point of contact for problem resolution.
• Monitoring and performing on-going maintenance on servers and network equipment.
• Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Installing and configuring hardware and software components.
• Repairing or replacing damaged computer hardware.
• Establishing good relationships with all colleagues and vendor.
• Managing technical documentation.
• Assisting with installation of Ethernet and network cabling as well as various network or security systems.
• Perform other reasonable tasks and assist in support matters as assigned by superiors.
