Requirements
- Full time permanent & Malaysian only.
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field (bakery industry) is required for this position.
- Salary packages are determined by applicable work experience and qualifications.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin (MUST)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Salary packages are determined by applicable work experience and qualifications Working hours: 6 days/week and required to work on Sat/Sun/holiday.

Responsibilities
- Mix ingredients, developing recipes, measuring and mixing, preparing equipment, baking, cleaning and other responsibilities as required.
- Mix ingredients according to recipes to make breads, cake, pastries, and other baked goods.
- Ensure proper preparation according to formula and scheduled standards
- Ensure that the products produced are of high quality and qualified
- Guide & motivate any subordinate to work efficiently and improve their work skills/abilities.
- Compliance Company standard operation procedure, food safety standards and Halal
- Develop and plan recipes if there are plans for new products
- Be available on call and standby to resolve any urgent problems during emergencies
- Other duties and activities as assigned from time to time
