Requirements
- Diploma/STPM/SPM and above, proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written & spoken).
- Preferably with 2 years working experience in the related field
- Position to be based in Taman Johor Jaya(Johor Bahru) & Balakong(Selangor)
- Computer skills required-MS Office, Accounting Software, Labelling Software
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Good working attitude and pleasant personality
- Energetic, passionate, flexible, able to multi-task, dynamic and creative
- Exceptional interpersonal skills in dealing within the team and also with customers
- Able to start work immediately and adapt to work environment would be an added advantage
Responsibilities
- Possess knowledge & experience to handle and operate forklift
- Assist in the warehouse operation to execute accurate and timely receiving, safe handling storage and retrieval of inventories, warehouse traffic and other related duties in the warehouse
- Handle upload and offload shipment
- Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for quantity and quality
- Picking, labelling and packing of goods for delivery on timely basis
- Perform periodical stock count and random count
- Maintain an accurate and up to date records of all inventory and stock in warehouse
- Implementing and overseeing security operations of warehouse.
- Communicating and coordinating with team members to ensure smooth execution of store activities
- Supervising warehouse and daily activities, including out-bound and in-bound activities
- Ensure compliance with legal, customs, and industry standards for warehousing, stock handling, shipping, and safety aspects
- Perform related work as assigned by the HOD from time to time
