Requirements
- Diploma / bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience with marketing industry and understanding of POSM products, trend, and applications.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Proficiency in sales techniques, including prospecting, cold calling, closing deals and achieving sales target.
- Strong problem -solving skills to address client needs and overcome challenges during the sales process.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with client, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Excellent in English, Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia is required.

Responsibilities
- Actively seek and develop new potential clients to expand the company’s customer base.
- Develop strategies and plans for finding new clients, ensuring execution and achievement of sales targets.
- Conduct market research and analyse new market trends to develop new client for the company and provide new market trends to clients.
- Follow up with potential clients, establish and maintain positives business relationships, ensuring effective communication and coordination with clients.
- Regularly report progress and results of new client acquisition efforts to superiors, providing
- details sales report and data analysis.
- Familiarize with marketing prints, point-of sale materials (POSMs), promotional items, and packaging, among other relevant matters.
- Maintain active communication and provide working progress updates to clients.
- Follow up with the operation manager on the product quality and ensure timely delivery of goods as per client’s request.
