Requirements

Responsibilities
- Brewing and preparing various types of tea with attention to steeping times, temperature, and measurements.
- Familiarity with the tea bar's menu, including tea varieties, lattes, iced teas, and specialty drinks.
- Friendly interaction with customers, taking orders, and offering recommendations.
- Accommodating customer preferences for customized beverages, such as sweetness levels or dietary needs.
- Developing new tea blends or specialty drinks to provide innovative options.
- Maintaining cleanliness in the tea preparation area and regularly sanitizing utensils and surfaces.
- Monitoring tea inventory and restocking supplies as necessary.
- Accurately processing cash transactions and providing correct change.
- Sharing knowledge about tea origins, flavors, and potential health benefits with interested customers.
- Informing customers about promotions and encouraging additional purchases.
- Keeping the work area organized for efficient service.
- Adhering to food safety regulations and practicing proper sanitation during tea preparation.
