Requirements
- Physical Welding test required as part of the interview session.
- Years of relevant experience required : 1 Year
- Can speak in Mandarin
- Highest education qualification required : SPM and above
- A valid certificate in welding from an accredited institution is preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of welding machinery, electrical equipment, and manual tools.
- Familiarity with welding equipment and workshop safety protocols.
Responsibilities
- Perform full range of maintenance, repair, overhaul and service activities on forklift, reach and required equipment.
- Build and assemble machines and mechanical components according to the requirements.
- Inspect machines, engines and transmissions etc and run diagnostic tests to identify functionality issues for trouble-shooting and repair.
- Travel to customer site, diagnose, trouble-shoot and repair customer's equipment or company’s forklift in accordance with established guidelines and procedures, maintaining positive customer relations. .
- Responsible for performing all job duties with honesty and integrity.
- Keeping the working area clean and always net and tidy up.
- Keep up a good repairing work and troubleshoot reported problems and resolve them in a timely manner or attend and resolve service, repairing jobs timely within 48 hours from receiving of the job orders.
