Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word & Excel for preparing documents
- Good at organizing negotiator data documents and files in a systematic manner
- Able to communicate well both in writing and orally
- Able to learn new skills and acquire knowledge fast
- Organized, well-disciplined, and able to work both independently and in a group
- Possess own transportation
- Possess self-confidence and be able to actively interact with all relevant parties
Responsibilities
- To prepare and compile documents for timely submission to the Management and the relevant government authorities (LPPEH)
- To maintain filing system to facilitate traceability of documents at all times
- Maintain and update negotiators/agents information in company system
- Personnel clerks maintain and update personnel records such as information on performance evaluations
- Receiving and answering inquiries from negotiators/agents
- To arrange schedule for negotiators/agents photo shooting
- To arrange, organize and re-stock company merchandise items
- To liaise with operation and marketing department
- To follow up with negotiators/agents and LPPEH regarding REN renewal matters
