Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent in any field.
- Fresh graduate/ school leavers are encouraged to apply.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.
- Competent with MS Office, Open Office or Google Sheets, Docs & Slides.
Responsibilities
- Correspond with supplier closely on products ordered from sourced country.
- Create and issue Purchase Order (PO) to suppliers of sourced country.
- Liaise with Accounts Department to ensure a smooth transaction on payments.
- Follow up closely with supplier on the shipment process (I.e. ETD from sourced country, ETS of container at which port, etc.)
- Ensure stocks ordered from supplier reaches on time as per scheduled and requirements are fulfilled as per ordered (I.e. Quality and quantity of products, costing of products, etc.)
- Plan, manage and coordinate with Store Supervisor on allocation quantity of products according to the packing list.
- Liaise closely with Store and Warehouse Supervisor to ensure the quantity of stock remains within an optimal range.
- Perform weekly and monthly report on the status on sales, inventory and stocks to be uploaded on point of scale (POS) system.
- Responsible to support overall general office administrative task.
- Any other ad-hoc task assigned by the Management.
