Requirements
- Goal-oriented, with drive
- Organized and systematic in work
- Candidates with 1 year of Retail Operation / Sales / Online Marketing experience preferred
- Residing in Cheras/Kajang/Semenyih preferred
- Own laptop + stable wifi
- Own transportation
- Hardworking, willing to endure hardships, capable of independently solving problems
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint presentation
Responsibilities
- Maintain good relationships with existing B2B clients such as pharmacies, traditional Chinese medicine shops, and retail stores.
- Maintain the company's existing retail store Facebook page, run Facebook advertisements to drive online-to-offline traffic, and ensure Return On Ads Spend meets the target.
- Use Zoom Video Calls to explore new B2B clients, present product information to them, and demonstrate the profitability they can gain from partnering with us.
- Communicate with the company's logistics team to arrange shipments and restocking for retail stores.
- Ensure that monthly sales targets are met.
- Recruit and coach retail sales team members to drive sales.
- Support the expansion of new retail stores.
- Regularly visit retail stores to ensure proper operations.
- Participate in the company's weekly one-hour company meetings.
