Requirements

  • Minimum Education:  SPM/STPM.  Fresh graduates are encouraged
  • Language:  English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Working hours:  8.30am – 5.30pm  (Monday to Friday) 

Responsibilities

  • Handling office administrative duties such as filing
  • updating of customer records
  • provide prompt customer service
  • end-to-end processing of applications
  • claims, customer requests and etc
  • Provide prompt feedback on all enquiries via phone, e-mail and walk-in customers

Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure seamless smooth and prompt service at all times.
