Requirements
- Applicants must have a minimum SKM/SPM/Diploma/Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma.
- Leadership and teamwork skills.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Skilled in efficient time management at work.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to interact in a positive manner and prevent or resolve conflicts
Responsibilities
- Greeting customers in a friendly manner and taking food and drink orders
- Preparing and serving beverages and food.
- Promoting and recommending menu options to customers
- Taking payment from customers
- Keeping the work environment and cafe seating area clean, sanitary and organized
- Collect and wash dishes
