Requirements
- Diploma and above in Business Studies / Administration Management
- 2-3 year(s) of working experience in related field
- Degree Fresh graduate welcome to apply
- Able to communicate well in Mandarin & English
Responsibilities
- To process Purchase Order from Customer.
- Liaise with Procurement and Warehouse department to ensure timely deliveries.
- Follow up closely from received order till out for delivery.
- To prepare daily delivery schedule and packing list.
- To prepare Invoice and Delivery Order for daily shipment.
- To follow up or update delivery schedule to customer if any changes date.
- Response to customers enquiries, phone call, request and etc.
- To ensure proper filing of documents / records.
- Communicate important feedback from sales team & customers.
- To prepare report as and when required.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assign.
