Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or higher education in any related field.
- Required candidate that can speak in Mandarin (mandatory).
- Prior experience in consumer electronics product development is preferred / with familiarity with product design and development processes (not necessary).
- Strong innovation and technological research and development capabilities, able to propose competitive new product concepts.
Responsibilities
- Select and evaluate suppliers, collaborating with them to develop and increase product line.
- Manage product specifications and documentation, ensuring accurate records and tracking of the product design and development process
- Collaborate with the marketing department to gather market trends and customer needs, and propose concepts and design solutions for new products
- Participate in post-launch market feedback and improvements, continuously optimizing product performance and user experience
