Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in food safety
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Experience conducting food safety audits
- Knowledge of HACCP principles
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Implement and maintain food safety programs and policies
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on food safety practices
- Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address food safety issues
- Manage and update documentation related to food safety
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns regarding food safety
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in food safety regulations
- Conduct investigations and root cause analysis for food safety incidents
- Assist in the development and maintenance of supplier quality assurance programs
