Requirements
- Fresh graduate or 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Certificates/Vocational/Diploma in Accounting or related field
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements
- Process and record financial transactions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
- Perform reconciliations of accounts
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns
- Provide general administrative support to the accounting team
- Handle inquiries and resolve any accounting issues
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes
- Stay updated with accounting regulations and industry trends
