Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Law or equivalent.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills, high level of intergrity and able to work independently.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Candidate must be willing to travel.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin or Cantonese will of advantage.
- No work experience required. Experienced candidate will be welcome to apply too.
- Entry Level and experienced specialized in Law/Legal Services or equivalent are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents to ensure compliance with Malaysian Laws and regulatory body.
- Attending to all matters related to intellectual property.
- Conducting legal research to keep abreast of applicable laws and updates.
- Liaising and monitoring all matters related to legal with regulatory bodies and clients.
- Preparing reports on legal matters as required.
- Perform other related task being ad-hoc duties, projects or even activities as assigned by superior from time to time.
- Business Development/Sales role will be assigned should the management/superior deem the individual has potential.
