Requirements
- Diploma and above in accounting or related professional qualifications.
- Finalist/Member of professional body (E.g., MIA, ICAEW, ACCA, MACPA, PA, ICAA) is an added advantage.
- 3 years accounting / audit experience.
- Good interpersonal, analytical and presentation skills.
- Computer literate.
- Meticulous and highly organized.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- To carry out routine functions set out in the day-to-day work instructions such as performing journal entries and handling account payables and receivables, etc. in an effective manner.
- Preparation of monthly bank reconciliation, and to investigate and resolve any reconciliation differences.
- Preparation of monthly closing accounts and Monthly Performance Review Reports.
- Prepare and assist with budgeting, audit, and tax matters.
- Reports to Finance Assistant Manager/ Finance Manager on any exception found on internal control procedures for income audit.
- To administer, coordinate, and liaise with various parties concerned.
- Ensure the clearance of outstanding for inter-company reconciliation, balance sheet GL, and bank reconciliation are performed on time.
- Prepare SST, withholding tax, and tax return.
- Assist in maintaining digital and physical financial records.
- Any ad hoc tasks given by the management team.
