Requirements

  • Min. 2 years of storekeeping administration experience is needed
  • In depth understanding and proficiency in procurement processes and inventory management is an added advantage
  • Communication skills - interacting with colleagues, clients, employers and even third-party vendors related to inventory.
  • Computer skills
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented
  • Data entry of inventory-related data in a computer system.
  • Working time : 5-day week during day shift.
  • Location in Sri Petaling, Kuala Lumpur.

Responsibilities

  • Preparation of documentations including Delivery Order, Purchase Order, Credit/Debit Note, Invoices and Statements of Accounts
  • Familiarizing with the ordering systems implemented by the Company
  • Being the main contact point for ordering and monitoring of raw materials and packaging between outlets/kiosks and suppliers.
  • Replenish supply inventories following established guidelines of the company
  • Ensuring that stocks are above threshold and sufficient to accommodate to outlet/kiosks request at all time
  • Understanding and suggesting of stocks for new outlets/kiosks for them to maintain sufficient stock based on sales and storage
  • Maintain a neat, clean and safe working environment as per government regulation
  • Manage the store layout
  • Supervise other staff members and keep a record
  • Receive, upload and shelf all supplies
  • Perform stock related duties like returning, packing, labelling and pricing goods
  • Inspect delivers for discrepancy or damage
  • Report damaged inventories for record-keeping and reimbursement
  • Rotate stock and dispose of surplus and expired quantities
  • Keep an organized allocation of inventory placed in warehouse and outlet/kiosk
  • Cross-verify the monthly report at the end of each month
  • Ensure storage of goods follow the first in first out (FIFO) method
  • Coordination and communication with all level parties
