Requirements
- At least 2 years and above of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Knowledge and experience in operation management
- Able to work independently & possess good communication.
- Basic computer knowledge Microsoft Work & Microsoft Excel.
- Interesting on auto parts.
- Working hours : Monday – Friday 9.00am – 6.30pm & Saturday 9.00 – 3.00pm
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the organization, staffing, and operational activities for warehouse, logistic and production department;
- Responsible on monitor and coordinate daily packing and delivery planning to ensure the warehouse and logistic team to achieve smooth on operation and timely scheduling;
- Responsible for logistic arrangement.
- Coordinate workflow of branch, warehouse, production and logistic.
- Prepare and implement S.O.P to warehouse, logistic and production department. To Improve work flow, processes and policies in support of organizational goals. Formulate and implement departmental and organizational policies and procedures to maximize output;
- Develop S.O.P and guidelines on problem solving and prevention of related activities;
- Develop new trends and innovations in the fields of warehousing and storage programs;
- Maintain and handle daily administrative support.
- To communicate and understand among Warehouse, Production, Logistic department in GAIDO organization for better understanding and improve the effectiveness of each department;
