Requirements
- Candidate with at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Candidate with at least 2 years of related experience in a Managerial position with demonstrated competence in leading teams and organizing and executing strategic plans.
- Can speak in English & Mandarin.
- Prior Leadership, team player, coaching and workflow experience.
- Experience leading and building out a high-functioning team. Must be able to motivate the team in order to maximise their potential. Ability to lead and work with many different personality types.
- Excellent analytic, problem solving, business judgment and organisation skills
- Accuracy, efficiency and attention to detail are a must. Candidate who is proficient in MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint (V-Lookup, Pivot Table), Google Sheet.
Responsibilities
- Coaching and motivating teammates to meet and exceed expectations building the operation team to be more effectively.
- Prioritize assignments and delegate tasks to the team.
- To help improve internal processes and streamline business functionality. This involves researching current similar industry trends and using that insight to form relevant, actionable solutions.
- Effectively communicates with peers, interdepartmental staff, management and etc to provide for a more efficient operation.
- Collected and reported departmental data, reviews reports prepared by team members for clarity, completeness, accuracy and conformance with company policies.
- Performs all other related duties as assigned by the superior / management from time to time.
