Requirements
- SPM/Diploma/Degree or higher academic qualitifications in any relevant fields.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Tools) and numerate.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Good attitude and responsible character.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Responsibilities
- Administrative and executive secretaries perform liaison, coordination and organizational tasks in support of managers and professionals and/or prepare correspondence, reports and records of proceedings and other specialized documentation.
- Process invoices, receipts, claims and payments.
- Assisting in the preparation of budgets, monitoring of expenditures, drafting of contracts and purchasing or acquisition orders;
- Conduct coldcall to targeted B2B audiences to create awareness about Aquaswift's trainings and products
- Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain a database of potential clients, ensuring accurate and updated information.
