Requirements

  • Min. 1 year in a supervisory position, preferably F&B
  • Candidates with richer experiences would be considered for a managerial role
  • Required language: Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Required Skills: Results-oriented, team player, positive attitude, customer-oriented, self-motivated, willingness to learn, and has the ability to prioritize
  • Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Able to work  Setia City Mall or Berjaya Times Square

Responsibilities

  • Promotes, works, and acts in a manner consistent with the mission of Luna Luna
  • Adheres to all company rules and regulations, company policies and assists in enforcing them.
  • Works as a team and offers help when needed.
  • Assists Manager in forecasting staff requirements and in scheduling breaks time, day off, annual leave and overtime requirements.
  • Always be punctual, efficient and courteous. Assumes at all times a pleasing and helpful attitude towards each guest and staff.
  • Supervises and participates in kitchen and front of house cleaning activities.
  • Compiles and balances cash receipts at the end of the day or shift.
  • Observes and evaluates the partners and work procedures to ensure quality standards and service.
  • Recommends measures for improving work procedures and worker performance to increase service quality and enhance job safety.
  • Coordinates with and assists fellow employees to meet guests’ needs and support the operation of the restaurant.
  • Ensures that all products are received in correct unit count and condition and deliveries are performed in accordance with the restaurant’s receiving policies and procedures.
  • Assists follow up with manager on HR, stock check, account and other documents and paper works instruction by superior.
  • Handles emergency situations and other incidents.
  • Keeps communicate with superior and report if any incident.
  • Is the second person in charge if Managers are not around.
  • Makes sure all retail items are displayed in the standard and correct way.
  • Inspects supplies, equipment, and work areas to ensure efficient service and conformance to standards
  • Manages the opening and closing of the store
