Requirements
- Min. 1 year in a supervisory position, preferably F&B
- Candidates with richer experiences would be considered for a managerial role
- Required language: Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Required Skills: Results-oriented, team player, positive attitude, customer-oriented, self-motivated, willingness to learn, and has the ability to prioritize
- Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Able to work Setia City Mall or Berjaya Times Square
Responsibilities
- Promotes, works, and acts in a manner consistent with the mission of Luna Luna
- Adheres to all company rules and regulations, company policies and assists in enforcing them.
- Works as a team and offers help when needed.
- Assists Manager in forecasting staff requirements and in scheduling breaks time, day off, annual leave and overtime requirements.
- Always be punctual, efficient and courteous. Assumes at all times a pleasing and helpful attitude towards each guest and staff.
- Supervises and participates in kitchen and front of house cleaning activities.
- Compiles and balances cash receipts at the end of the day or shift.
- Observes and evaluates the partners and work procedures to ensure quality standards and service.
- Recommends measures for improving work procedures and worker performance to increase service quality and enhance job safety.
- Coordinates with and assists fellow employees to meet guests’ needs and support the operation of the restaurant.
- Ensures that all products are received in correct unit count and condition and deliveries are performed in accordance with the restaurant’s receiving policies and procedures.
- Assists follow up with manager on HR, stock check, account and other documents and paper works instruction by superior.
- Handles emergency situations and other incidents.
- Keeps communicate with superior and report if any incident.
- Is the second person in charge if Managers are not around.
- Makes sure all retail items are displayed in the standard and correct way.
- Inspects supplies, equipment, and work areas to ensure efficient service and conformance to standards
- Manages the opening and closing of the store
