Requirements
- Can speak in English & Mandarin (Compulsary)
- Proven experience as a Retail Supervisor or similar role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering excellent service.
- Ability to analyze sales data and implement effective strategies.
- Knowledge of inventory management and retail operations.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and motivate retail staff to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a welcoming and tidy store environment.
- Train and coach staff on effective customer service techniques.
- Set sales goals for the team and track progress towards targets.
- Oversee inventory levels and assist in merchandise restocking and replenishment.
- Conduct regular stock checks and coordinate with the inventory team to minimize discrepancies.
- Address operational issues promptly and implement solutions.
