Requirements

  • Mandarin Speaker
  • SPM holders with related experience
  • Personality traits - good attitude, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, responsible, ethical and goal focused.
  • Analytical thinking and high problem-solving skills
  • Stress tolerance and able to work in a pressured environment.
  • Able communicate in Mandarin and English
  • Willing to work in shift rotations (am/pm/midnight shift) to ensure we have 24/7 service levels.
  • Able to work on public holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Professionally handle high volume of inquiries from customers
  • Effectively and efficiently solving customer inquiries
  • Follow up customers and post promotional banner or pictures via messaging apps.
  • Communicate to Team Leaders and (or) Manager.
  • Continuously identify work process improvements
