Requirements

  • Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Administrative or Accounting or similar
  • Minimum of 2 years experiences in Account and admin job.
  • Good in computer knowledge in Autocount System, MS Office.
  • Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia speaking, and writing. Added advantage for candidate who can speak in Mandarin.
  • Able to work under pressure and independently. 

Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support to accounting and admin department.
  • Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Processing and monitoring payments and expenditures.
  • Maintaining accurate and complete financial records.
  • Prepare invoice, customer statements and reports.
