• Recognize sale opportunities when dealing with customers and be able to capitalize on upselling/ cross-presentation of items or services at the point of service.
• Build and nurture a strong relationship with loyal customers through knowledge, attitude and service.
• Meet sales targets by understanding customers’ needs, providing expert knowledge in make-up, skincare and offering product demonstration.
• To understand and provide general facial care for clients to put together a customized skincare solution.
• Provide assistance to customer to ensure satisfaction, follow-up on customer purchases and maintain customer database.

Daily store operations

• Perform store opening and closing procedures and ensure the manage stocks inventory level of products at store.
• To ensure that the outlet operates efficiently and profitable while maintaining the level service that is uniquely.
• To ensuring all products are well organized and arrange neatly on the shelf.
• Maintenance of inventory system.
• Submit accurate and timely reports on a monthly basis to the Sales Team.
• Execution of all in-store promotions.
• Share consumer/competitor feedback for assigned store.
• Help and lead events or promotion.
