Requirements
As a Customer Service, you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service to ensure optimum customer satisfaction.
As the first-line response to customers, you will communicate in an open, helpful, and engaging tone and focus on finding the right solution with each customer.
As part of the team, you will be in line with our customers to address and resolve issues via Live Chat or enquiry channels.
You will work with various teams to resolve customer support concerns, escalate issues, and serve as an ambassador for our brand.
Responsibilities
1. Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
2. Responding promptly to customer inquiries
3. Communicating with customers through various channels
4. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
5. Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions
6. Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests
7. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
8. Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
9. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
