a) Digital Marketing Strategy
- Work with the Marketing team to develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with company goals.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
b) Social Media Management
- Manage and curate content for all social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, XHS and TikTok.
- Create and schedule engaging posts, stories, and updates to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and manage online reputation.
c) Content Creation
- Develop high-quality written and visual content for digital channels, including blog posts, infographics, videos, and more.
- Ensure content is optimized for SEO and effectively communicates our brand’s messaging.
- Manage and plan video content and production.
d) Campaign Execution
- Coordinate the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including paid advertising, email marketing, and social media advertising.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse metrics, and make data-driven adjustments to optimize ROI.
e) Analytics and Reporting
- Regularly track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing efforts.
- Use data insights to refine strategies and tactics, and present findings to the marketing team.
f) Team Collaboration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, content creators, and web developers, to achieve marketing objectives.
g) KOL / Influencer Management
- Handling the end-to-end process of the influencer marketing strategist, starts from approaching suitable KOL/ Influencer, creating & present the brief, and reviewing their performance.
- Manage KOL/Influencer seeding for campaign to create brand awareness and publicity.
