Requirements
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia (Both spoken and written). Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Dietetics or Nutrition, Food Technology / Food Science or equivalent with excellent Nutrition Consultation Skills.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience is required in the same field.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently within a tight deadlines and can adapt well in a fast paced environment. Work overtime if needed.
- Excellent public speaking/ presentation skills with the ability to hold and develop interest of audience.
- Good body language and interpersonal skills. Strong sense of confidence and clear point of view with logical mindset.
- Computer literate and expert skills in MS Excel, Google Sheets, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
- Candidate must be willing to travelling locally or oversea if required.
- Able to work under pressure and with minimum supervision.
Responsibilities
- Proven ability to develop and implement business development and marketing strategies that drive customer growth and retention.
- Provide nutritional consultation and handle related product enquiries (include local and oversea). Promoting awareness on healthy diet and lifestyle to the public via producing newsletters, Tik Tok, XHS, Facebook, and so on.
- Actively conduct and provide training to sales executives and clients nationwide via various approaches eg: onsite, classroom, online portals and etc.
- Expand Child Specialist Clinic & maintain good relationship with Pediatricians.
- Actively conduct health talk/workshop to recruit potential clients.
- Maintaining good customer relationship able to respond efficiently to customer enquiries
- Oversee the health presentation material, providing evidenced based research data support in order to meet the nutritional needs of customer.
- Provide nutritional consultation (public health) and support customer service on product inquiry.
- Assist in development of product articles, brochures, web content, social media content and other relevant product information.
- Other ad-hoc duties
