• Aggressively execute sales strategies and action plans to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Able to demonstrate and recommend products based on customer needs
• Cross-selling beauty products when appropriate by recommending other products that would work well together.

2. Customer Service:

• Provide excellent brand experience through consultation and recommendation
• Attract new customers and retain existing customers through unparalleled customer service and follow-up.
• Provide additional customer services like consultation or product recommendations to our online customers through Omni service initiatives.

3. Operation:

• Ensure smooth flow by adhering day to day opening and closing procedures.
• Basic housekeeping duties: upkeep store tidiness and cleanliness at all times including testers, displays, fixtures & counters
• Maintaining inventory level by ensuring accurate stock records, stock replenishment, conducting stock checks and reporting discrepancies.
