Requirements
- Possess Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Development or other relevant field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office is a must.
- Ability to converse in Mandarin would be an advantage.
- Knowledge in real estate would be a plus.
- Able to work Independently and Possess Good Negotiation & Interpersonal Skills, Confident, High Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills.
- Proactive, Willingness to Learn, Detailed Oriented, Disciplined, Self-Driven with a track record of integrity.
Responsibilities
Marketing
- Plan, analyse and executive marketing activities.
- Manage and plan digital marketing platform.
- Plan and execute marketing events and road shows.
- Prepare sales and marketing materials for sales promotions / launches.
- Liaise with consultants, vendors, bankers, and government agencies / authorities to obtain all necessary authority approvals, licences, and End Financing.
- Conduct market survey and competitor analysis to understand the market trends and purchasers’ preferences.
Sales
- Attend to customers’ enquiries and provide sales support during the weekend / sales event / roadshow / exhibition.
Administrative
- Responsible for the management of all administrative work to ensure a smooth day-to-day operation.
