Requirements
- Result oriented and ability to work under pressure;
- Good verbal communication skills with foreign labor;
- Self starter and fast learner;
- Good attitude and responsible character;
- Ability to work independently;
- Able to work in a dynamic environment and culture;
- Having minimum 3 years experience in warehousing;
- At least 1 year of supervision experience;
- Able to work 6 days a week;
Responsibilities
- To schedule, monitor and ensure timely packaging and delivery of goods;
- To ensure that incoming of goods are complied with the quality standards of the company;
- To report on any discrepancy of incoming goods;
- To coordinate with purchasing and production department on the requirement of supplies;
- To ensure proper follow up with all outstanding orders for final packaging;
- To inspect and verify on all storage location, ensure proper storage and preservation of goods;
- To ensure proper recording of all finished goods stored in warehouse, factory and other locations;
- To ensure proper handling of our goods from logistic company, lodge complaints to logistic vendor when necessary;
- To develop and maintain departmental work instruction for all tasks;
- To maintain the warehouse, records area, stores area and handling equipment in a neat and orderly manner;
- To ensure each procedures and practices are complied with ISO standard;
- To lead a team and organize teamwork to strive for an efficient and effective warehouse administration;
- To provide related training to all production personnel and ensure the effectiveness and awareness
- To ensure proper housekeeping, cleanliness and adhesive of safety and health regulation.
