Manage promptly on company multiple social media operation includes campaign ads creation + copy writing, attend end user comments/feedback/reviews & etc. (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, YouTube & TikTok)
Evaluate, explore, create and manage emerging technologies such as Linkedin Sponsored Ads, OBS, Facebook Catalogue, Facebook Shop, TikTok, etc.
Measure & prepare performance report of each social digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals + spendings to management in monthly basis (ROI and KPIs)
Liaise internally + coordinate with partner advertising/media experts to improve conversion results thru copy writing content.
Create, oversee & manage campaign/contest/giveaways/digital projects with related parties/departments to grow number of followers, review increment, build end user funnels & ultimately create sales conversions
To undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
