Identify the way to maintaining the sales revenue in targeted area and create the plan to enhance the sales performance
Analyzing the market in the area to identify the potential area to open the new opportunities. Also review the performance of all branches in the area to set the sales direction
Visit the branch in targeted area to understand any issues and propose the way to solve the issues
Develop strong relationship with key person within the Area
Provides any support to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks
Report on weekly monthly and quarterly sales performance
Conduct performance management and feedback to ensure professional and timely review of set objectives with each member of the team

Manages routine customer issues, managing relationships with both internal and external customers through regular interaction, escalating to senior team members as necessary
Handles incoming customer related issues, whether made aware via the S&R call center or through email communication.
Responsible for the end-to-end warranty process, ensuring timely processing of all activities through collaboration across the S&R team. This includes customer complaint verification, defective and replacement part coordination, and issuance of credit notes.
Review customer purchase orders and process orders in SAP system.
Tracks and communicates order status to customers and internal stakeholders.
