Purpose of this job :

Mobile phone repair technicians run tests to assess the mobile phones' functionality, install and update phone software, troubleshoot wiring problems, and replace damaged parts and components such as batteries, LCD screens, keypads, buttons. They also advise their clients on warranty issues and recommend products based on their expertise.

Job Descriptions :

Ensure that all repairs preformed meet the company’s quality standards

Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair devices

Disassemble, test, and replace defective parts

Reassemble complete device

Provide recommendations for problem resolution

Keep track of inventory and customer devices

Support productivity by ensuring all request is handled in a timely manner

Have the ability to work unsupervised while prioritizing and delivering timely, high-quality work

Job Requirement :

Excellent technical, problem solving, and analytical skills

Passions in customer service field.

Fresh graduates in any field are encouraged to apply (Training will be provided).

Must possess at least SPM, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or higher in related fields.

No work experience required OR Fresh Graduate with Good Attitude or Well Communication skills welcome to apply.
