Operational activities including compensation and benefit administration, performance management, staff engagement and relation, etc
Responsible for end to end recruitment activities of the company, e.g job description finalization, coordinating hiring request from department manager, exploring new or more platforms for hiring/attracting talents
Provide guidance, advices and direction to HR or company’s employees on any HR related matters
Handle resignation, transfer, promotion and confirmation of hire
Liaise with JTK, EPF, SOCSO & HRDF department
Assist in refining & execute employee standards & procedures, using and improving HR existing systems & processes
Manage and maintain HR documents and records in a systematic order
Assist in purchasing groceries, stationeries and etc
To handle any ad-hoc task as assigned by management from time to time
